Terms of service

1. Who you are buying from
This shop is run by Joey Bruggeman, trading as AI with Joey, based in Belgium ("I", "me"). You can reach me through the contact page. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. What is sold here
The shop sells digital products: skills and workflows for Claude Code, delivered as downloadable files together with instructions such as a README and a video tutorial. Nothing physical is shipped.
The skills run inside Claude Code, a product made by Anthropic. You need your own access to Claude Code and a computer that can run it. That access may cost money and is not included in your purchase. AI with Joey is an independent shop and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Anthropic.
3. Prices and payment
The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, once. There is no subscription. Taxes are added or included at checkout where the law requires it. Payment is handled by the payment providers offered at checkout; I never see or store your full card details.
4. Delivery
Your download is made available right after payment, on the order confirmation page and by email. Details are in the delivery policy.
5. What you may do with a product
When you buy a product you get a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use it. One purchase covers one person or one business.
- You may install it on your own computers and use it for as many videos and projects as you like, for yourself and for your clients.
- You may change the files to fit the way you work.
- You may not resell, share, publish or give away the product files or the tutorial, in original or modified form, or include them in a product of your own.
The products, the tutorials and everything on this website remain my intellectual property. What you make with a product, such as your edited videos, is yours.
6. Withdrawal and refunds
Because the products are digital and delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal ends once the download has been delivered. When you can get a refund is explained in the refund policy.
7. Using the products sensibly
- Results depend on your footage, your computer and the AI model you use. I describe what a product does as accurately as I can, but I cannot promise a specific result for every video.
- Check your videos before you publish them. You are responsible for what you make and publish, and for having the rights to the footage, music, fonts and other material you use.
- Products may be updated or improved over time. An update is not guaranteed and is not part of what you pay for, unless the product page says so.
8. Liability
I am liable for damage caused by my intent or gross negligence, and for anything the law does not allow me to exclude. Beyond that, my liability for a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and I am not liable for indirect damage such as lost profit, lost data or missed deadlines. If you buy as a consumer, this does not take away any right that the consumer law of your country gives you.
9. Privacy
How your personal data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
10. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you placed it.
11. Applicable law
Belgian law applies to these terms and to your order. If you buy as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you may bring a dispute before the courts of that country. In all other cases the courts of Belgium are competent.
